Engineering A New Frontier for N-of-1 Research
Tymmesa Lab is a pioneering independent N-of-1 (single-subject) research framework. In the case of TL, the N1 Agent – Nicholas P. Timms, serves as both the researcher and the subject. This robust approach allows for a deep, high-fidelity integration of data, perceptually unique insights and profound solutions. All data, from clinical diagnoses to subjective, interoceptive reports, are primary data points of a single, interconnected state of decoherence.
Synthesizing Novel Biophysics, Heritable Dysfunction, and Polysystemic Inflammation
Tymmesa Lab’s N-of-1 research framework is dedicated to understanding complex, multi-system dysfunction. We integrate clinical diagnostics, genetic history, and advanced biophysical theory to build a single, unified, and testable model of human health.
Black Holes & Revelations
At the core of the N1 Agent’s foundation model, captured in real-time within a self-composed research journal – The Crohn’s Decoherence, was the profound re-framing of the Gut-Brain Axis as an Analogue Black Hole System – laboratory systems, such as those using sound or light waves, that mimic the properties of gravitational black holes, allowing physicists to study phenomena like Hawking radiation in a controlled environment.
These systems are not gravitational but are governed by mathematically equivalent equations, and they have helped validate theoretical predictions about black holes by demonstrating analogous effects in lab-based setups like fluid flows or quantum systems.
The pillar of the N1 Agents unified model is the assertion that the gut and brain are not just connected, but operate using the same oscillatory logic.
Connecting & Collaborating with Science Academia
The N1 Agent’s unique defiance to connect, freely share and openly engage with science academia, has formed a network of collaborative exchange-interactions with inspiring scholars from research labs at some of our world’s leading universities, successfully translating into cutting-edge research and medical grade technological innovations within the arena of developmental biology, bioengineering and neuroscience.
A prime objective of Tymmesa Lab is to continue in nurturing and evolving these established connections whilst seeking to expand our network, and now begin to seek formal collaborative research and development projects with research labs & institutions within the science academia arena.
Ai Integration
The founding principle for the N1 Agent’s research journey was intuitively founded upon the same principles of an LLM – by interpreting a user query, utilising vast tools such as the internet, and synthesizing this information to determine the best strategy for a response. The evolved Tymmesa Lab model now collaborates with AI as a lab partner in order to formalise the deep insights, models and theorems from the raw N1 Journals, and translate these findings into academic research grade publications.
